Laurel Park FOB Access
Laurel Park Amenities are not open to the general public. A key FOB is required at all times when utilizing community amenities. Access to the pool area will not be granted unless you have a working FOB. You may not use another residents FOB and friends must be accompanied by you at all times. In addition, the homeowner must have assessments paid up to date in order to use our facilities. Delinquent account FOB’s can be de-activated until dues are paid in full. Community Amenities (MAP)
- Clubhouse: Host gatherings or events in our state-of-the-art clubhouse, equipped with modern amenities and comfortable spaces for residents to enjoy.
- Pond: Take a stroll around the tranquil pond at the heart of our neighborhood, offering scenic views and a peaceful ambiance for residents to explore and fish (catch and release only).
- Pools: Dive into relaxation at our spacious pools, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or lounging with friends and family. Sign your kids up to join the Laurel Park Sharks summer swim team to improve their technique and increase their endurance while having a great time!
- Tennis & Pickleball Courts: Test your skills at the newly renovated Tennis or Pickleball courts.
- Playgrounds: Take a walk with your kids to meet friends and play on one of the two neighborhood playgrounds.
- Gazebo: Take a walk to the Gazebo to relax or enjoy a book.
- Neighborhood Open Space: Enjoy a picnic or meet friends and play a friendly game of soccer or football in the open grassy area on one of the two open common areas.
Clubhouse Rentals
The Clubhouse is available to Laurel Park residents to rent year-round, and can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once the rental application is received and approved, you will be contacted and the calendar will be updated to indicate the reservation. A nominal fee is required to rent the clubhouse.
