We are proud to be able to offer two pools to our residents. The family pool is great for kids and families to play and make friends while the lap pool is great for fitness or for adults that just want to get away and also home to the Laurel Park Sharks summer swim team. While spending time this summer with friends and family at our facilities, please respect your fellow residents and observe pool safety rules at all times.
Pool Access
The Laurel Park pools are not open to the general public. Access to the pool area will not be granted unless you have a working FOB and once you enter the pool area you will be required to show your Digital Pool Pass (New in 2026).
Laurel Park Digital Pool Pass (New in 2026)
We are excited to introduce a new digital pool pass system for the 2026 pool season. This system will provide easy management of guest passes and take away the cumbersome task of physically signing in, all while helping to provide a safe family friendly environment for Laurel Park homeowners, renters and guests.

POOL PASS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
If you want to have access to the pools a pass will be required starting in 2026.
The digital pool pass is used to verify identity, age and manage visitor access.

Yes, you will need your key FOB to enter through the pool gate.
This system is very affordable and is paid for using your HOA dues.
Yes, but not on paper. The gate attendant will scan your barcode and make sure you
match the picture you provided for your pool pass.
The digital pool pass is a pass that you can save on your phone or digital wallet that will
be scanned once you enter through the pool gate.
When you sign up you will provide information and a photo of everyone in your
household and each person will have a digital pool pass.
Minor children will be checked in on their pool pass and will be allowed entry if they are
with someone 16 or over.
Yes, each household will get 4 guest passes per day (automatically re-loaded). Forward
your babysitter or grandparents your child’s pool pass and when checked in the gate
attendant will use one of your guest passes

If you have your key FOB you can enter through the main gate at the pool, and the gate
attendant can look you up using your address. Keep in mind that your photo is saved to
your account and it must match at check in.
Laurel Park FOB Access
Laurel Park Amenities are not open to the general public. A key FOB is required at all times when utilizing community amenities. Access to the pool area will not be granted unless you have a working FOB. You may not use another residents FOB and friends must be accompanied by you at all times. In addition, the homeowner must have assessments paid up to date in order to use our facilities. Delinquent account FOB’s can be de-activated until dues are paid in full.
